We want you to love your Noah Kahan official merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour items and digital media are considered final sale.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
